Time, space, day and night…what does it mean to you?
Pray, cry, eat, take flight…things we say, things we do!
The Sun comes up, the clouds float by…flowers grow, the earth bears fruit.
Trees break through, they touch the sky…praying limbs…hear men cry?
The Moon it rises…pulls on the ocean…caresses the surf…
Saying something…do you hear? Loudly crashing…
Wind is blowing, loud, violent, crushing turf.
It’s time to pray and bless the night.
Tell me Jesus, how much it pains You?
To see such madness, dirt and sorrow:
Eden was wasted. Where is it now? Are we forsaken…it shatters the mind.
War, disease, pestilence and death;
Who pays the price… do we still try?
Love us Jesus, lead us on…tell us that our prayers will help…
Yes, we’re smiling…feeling dauntless…
Bind the wounds that kill the mind!
Lift Your hand and light will heal us…
Say one word…clean up the air…
We will sing and dance tomorrow…
Maybe…maybe we’ll be there?
America…America home of the brave and land of the free…
God once blessed you…tree’s still praying…
