I have often thought, "what would this country be like if the brothers and sisters of Penance of St. Francis and of the Friars Minor...would wear clothes such as Francis did; and go about preaching like St. John the Baptist..."Repent", repent, get ready, for He is coming." In this day and age of Black Friday specials...would we persevere the strange looks; the odd raising of eyebrows...the rejection? We need you so...St. Francis...brothers and sisters...the world needs us! As the brother on the EWTN mass said the other day...keep saying and praying..."Jesus mercy"!
